To agree to the Informed Consent Document and begin the actual enrollment process, please click on the “Enroll Now” button below. During enrollment, you will be given another chance to review the Informed Consent Document.

To participate with 23andMe data, please have ONE of the following two items handy:

1. A downloaded copy of your 23andMe data (See the FAQ for download instructions), OR
2. Your 23andMe username and password (this info will not be retained by the study after the data transfer)

Note: If you use your Google or Apple sign-in for your 23andMe account, you will need to download your data.

To participate with AncestryDNA data, please have the following handy:

1. A downloaded copy of your AncestryDNA data (See the FAQ for download instructions)
